I’m Monica, the founder of Simple, a mother of three, teacher, animal lover, and someone who is always looking for a better way to do things.

For more than two decades, I've worked in education, helping students learn, grow, and tackle challenges with confidence. I love solving problems, whether that means helping a student understand a difficult concept, taking on a complicated home project, or finding practical solutions to everyday obstacles.

Outside of work, my life revolves around family, friends, pets, and the constant adventure of keeping up with a busy household. You'll often find me working on home improvement projects, reorganizing a space, researching a new interest, cheering on my kids at their sporting events, or spending time relaxing with our two dogs.

I value curiosity, perseverance, honesty, and a sense of humor. I believe that most problems can be solved with a little creativity, a willingness to learn, and the determination to keep going until you figure it out.
